All options are optional and not needed to create events.

  • Enable Front End Creation: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, a member will be able to create events.
  • Default Event Status: If the radio button for the Front End Creation is selected "Yes" then the Default Event Status dropdown will be shown. The selection options are "Active" or "Pending". If "Active" is selected then as soon as the event is created it will be posted. If "Pending" is selected, the sites administrator will need to approve the event by changing the "Event Status" to "Active".
  • Email Upon Front End Creation: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, "Email for Event Creation" will appear.
  • Email for Event Creation: A text box is available to fill out the email address for notifications on any submitted new events.
  • Enable Commenting: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, people may leave comments for an event.
  • Enable Anonymous Commenting: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, when needing to login to place an event "Anonymous" will be an option.
  • Enable Commenting Captcha: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, the Captcha/word verification will be used when submitting a comment.
  • Enable Comment Rating: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, a star rating to rate the event is available.
  • Enable Comment Image: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, an image can be upload as a part of the comment.
  • Enable Accessibility: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, a person can choose Accessibility options.
  • Enable Organization: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, allows for an event to be associated with an organization.
  • Enable Media: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, allows for Image uploads of the event.
  • Enable Ticket: If the “Yes” radio button is selected, allows for Ticket information to be filled out and displayed for the event.
