What are Education Appointments?
And Education Appointment is a change to work one-on-one with a member of the LiveEdit team on any issue or question you might have. Whether you have a question about editing content, adding in new content, using a service or application, or even experiencing technical issues, our knowledgeable team members can help!
How do I schedule an appointment?
Click the 'Make Appointment' button located just above, or on any other page of the Education Portal, then select 'Education Appointment' from the list of options. You'll be asked to provide information to verify your LiveEdit website package, and to apply any credits you may have on your account*. Then you will be presented with a list of available dates and times to choose from to schedule your appointment.
Appointments can also be scheduled by accessing the Education Portal through your website by clicking the '?' button found in the top right corner of your toolbar next to the Dashboard icon.
How much does it cost?
Each Education Appointment is $20 for 20 minutes. Depending on your subscription package, you may have a number of appointment credits to use each billing cycle. For more information about your particular package, please submit a ticket via the Education Portal.
How do I join this meeting?
After booking a time slot you will receive an email from the support representative you are scheduled with asking a few questions so we can better prepare for your meeting as well as details on how to connect to the online screen share session.
Please note that these appointments are non-refundable and missing an appointment will result in forfeiting your time slot.
